Job Description
Manage Accounts: Manage a curated book of impactful accounts, driving acquisition, retention, and development. Build and execute detailed account plans, focusing on new orderers, locations, spend retention, and product adoption. Own account relationships from end to end, encouraging full utilization of ezCater solutions.
Strategic Engagement: Provide strategic engagement to customers implementing solutions for industry-specific challenges. Advise customers on best practices for using ezCater solutions to accelerate spend adoption. Relay market needs and requirements to Product, Technical, and Supply teams.
Sales & Reporting: Prospect, run discovery, and sell ezCater’s full suite of products and solutions. Deliver accurate weekly reporting on pipeline and customer spend adoption. Represent ezCater at industry events.
