Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-rate legal advice to Monzo's Product Collective, covering personal banking, borrowing, and payments.
- Work directly with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop and deliver banking products.
- Coordinate with compliance, risk, and other control functions to ensure regulatory adherence.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified lawyer with experience in banking and finance, especially in payments and banking products.
- Strong communicator who can explain complex regulations simply and find innovative solutions.
- Proactive problem solver comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
