Job Description

The GTM Enablement Manager for Product, Tools, and Content will be responsible for overseeing, developing, and managing key enablement programs for our GTM teams at SQUIRE, across the U.S., Canada, and the UK. These programs will include both virtual instructor-led and live instructor-led training, as well as eLearning, video, coaching guides, and other enablement assets. This role will work closely with the GTM Enablement team, GTM Operations, GTM Leadership, and other cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity to build out content and training that will enable the team to perform at its best potential and capacity. Specifically, this role will own Product Enablement for all GTM roles and will be the primary owner and administrator of our Highspot instance and our customer Help Center (Salesforce Knowledge). This role will also support the roll-out of third-party tools (CRM, call intelligence, etc) to the GTM teams.
