Job Description

Play a critical role in scaling our business while collaborating across all functions, including Revenue Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, Business Development, and Finance. This is both a growth and leadership role, guiding a team of Account Executives to expand our presence and impact in the Enterprise Supply Chain Software space. This is a home-based position with travel across North America as needed. Build an organization focused on driving real business outcomes for manufacturers, requiring a competitive and driven individual. You will lead a sales team across the U.S. Forecast and drive quarterly business results. Develop an annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives. Recruit, train and develop a high performing world class sales team. Drive revenue growth by uncovering hidden customer needs and framing our offerings as the critical solution to those newly recognized problems.
