• Provide ongoing coaching on staffing, financial management, workflow optimization, and revenue growth.
• Facilitate Level 10 Meetings to review KPIs, priorities, issues, and solutions.
• Identify root causes of operational challenges and lead execution for measurable improvement.

Financial Analysis, Budgeting & KPIs:

• Review franchisee financial statements to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Provide annual budget guidance and assist in setting realistic revenue and profit goals.
• Develop and standardize systemwide KPIs to track franchisee performance.

Marketing, Sales Strategy & Alignment:

• Support franchisees in developing local marketing plans aligned with brand goals.
• Strengthen sales processes including lead management, conversion strategies, and customer engagement.
• Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives, sales goals, and operational objectives.
