Job Description
Own Luma’s annual event calendar across external conferences, trade shows, and Luma-hosted events. Develop event strategies that align with business objectives like sourcing pipeline, influencing opportunities, expanding within our customer base, and building advocacy. Lead planning and execution for all field and brand events, including sponsored presence at major industry conferences, customer summits and executive forums, regional field events, roadshows, and VIP dinners and partner activations. Oversee all logistics: venue sourcing, contracts, budgets, swag, shipments, booth setup, technology, travel, and onsite execution. Work with Sales to coordinate customer/prospect outreach pre-event and ensure strong onsite engagement. Partner with Customer Success to engage active customers and bring customer voices into events, while strengthening advocacy.
