What you'll do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and advise them by phone and in writing on loan comparisons.
• Support customers from initial contact through contract closing, assisting them in every phase.
• Use strong needs analysis to find out what customers really need and deliver the optimal loan offer.

Who you are:

• You already have initial experience in sales or customer contact, such as sales, telesales, or retail.
• You're a communication talent with an open, professional manner on the phone.
• You're reliable, motivated, and ideally have completed commercial training.
