Product Manager - Remote, Latin America

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of the process involved in building SaaS products.
• Experience in the overall architecture of software applications for products and solutions.
• Experience with contemporary SDLC tools similar to our adopted choices of Jira, GitHub, Travis CI, Zendesk, etc.

Product Management Knowledge:

• Understand the product management processes, including requirements gathering and user story writing.
• Product Support Knowledge – understand the importance and process of evaluating and prioritizing product support issues to a development team.
• Project/Outsource Management Knowledge – understand the process of successful project management to meet deliverables on time and on budget.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent Communicator – Able to facilitate meetings and present findings clearly, articulating with stakeholders to obtain buy-in.
• Collaborates with the internal team and with the business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
