Job Description

As a Strategic Partner proactively engage with engineering leaders (VP+) and managers to understand business challenges. You will anticipate people-related issues, and build scalable solutions. Act as a trusted advisor and coach on all people matters, from organizational design to talent planning. Lead and facilitate critical HR processes, including performance calibrations, and talent reviews. You'll partner with leaders to foster a culture of continuous feedback, accountability, and professional growth within the engineering teams. Independently investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing clear guidance and support to engineering leaders and employees. You will assist with the design and execution of action plans based on engagement survey data and act as a mentor for junior members of the People team, providing guidance and sharing expertise in complex business partnering, employee relations, and stakeholder management. Use data and insights to develop dynamic solutions to novel problems, balancing the needs of the business with the well-being of our people.
