Role Overview:

  • Maintain and expand business relationships with assigned clients.
  • Understand client KPI's, business operations, market challenges, and short-term initiatives.
  • Identify improvements for using Experian solutions based on client feedback.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing business agreements and relationships, including onboarding and solution delivery.
  • Contribute to territory strategy and client account planning.
  • Collaborate on and manage inputs to revenue forecasting and pipeline management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of complex sales or customer relationship management experience.
  • Knowledge of consumer credit reporting.
