Role Overview:
- Maintain and expand business relationships with assigned clients.
- Understand client KPI's, business operations, market challenges, and short-term initiatives.
- Identify improvements for using Experian solutions based on client feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing business agreements and relationships, including onboarding and solution delivery.
- Contribute to territory strategy and client account planning.
- Collaborate on and manage inputs to revenue forecasting and pipeline management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of complex sales or customer relationship management experience.
- Knowledge of consumer credit reporting.
