What You'll Do:
- Request and collect medical records from provider clients
- Review records for completeness and route them to appropriate teams
- Track outstanding documentation and follow up with providers
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year experience in medical records or health information management
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of HIPAA
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Epic, Athena, or eClinicalWorks
- RHIT or RHIA certification
- Background in medical billing or coding
