Job Description
This strategic role makes an impact for Axios Local expansion through leading all aspects of BDA team operations: hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, performance management, and career development. This role designs and delivers a structured path for BDAs to transition into sales roles, ensuring a continuous pipeline of future Client Partners for Axios Local. Other responsibilities include collaborating with sales and enablement leadership to align top-of-funnel activity with revenue goals and retention strategies, developing and maintaining playbooks, outreach cadences, and success metrics that scale with team growth, and monitoring performance and pipeline data to identify trends. Coaching BDAs in real time by listening to calls, refining messaging, and sharpening objection handling as well as leveraging AI tools to improve team efficiency, automate low-value tasks, and enhance coaching insights is required.
