Job Description
Business Operations & Program Execution: Own and manage core operational rhythms and infrastructure, execute day-to-day business operations work, and program manage cross-functional initiatives led by the CEO.
Revenue & Enterprise Enablement (Non-Customer Facing): Support enterprise and strategic revenue motions through preparation and coordination, maintain a state of readiness for executive-level conversations, and act as a central point of coordination.
Product Quality & QA Support: Assist with QA execution, documenting and improving QA processes, and support clear communication loops between Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
