Position Overview:

  • Manage accounting activities for loan portfolio and debt, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Lead key aspects of monthly close, including reconciliations and financial analysis.
  • Supervise and develop accounting staff while providing guidance and oversight.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting for loans and debt, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Lead month-end close for loan- and debt-related accounts, including review of journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls, leveraging AI-enabled tools.

Who You Are / What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 6+ years accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with loan/debt accounting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop accounting professionals.
