People Analytics & Insights Leadership:

• Develop a people analytics strategy & roadmap.
• Oversee the team responsible for producing functional dashboards and delivering the employee listening strategy.
• Translate data into compelling narratives that clearly articulate business implications.

Artificial Intelligence & Automation Strategy:

• Identify and implement a human-first AI philosophy for the people team
• Partner with HR leaders to implement AI-driven solutions
• Measure the impact of AI-enabled enhancements and refine strategies based on usage
