Job Description
As a Strategic Partner, you will proactively engage with Revenue leaders (VP+) and managers to understand business and people challenges, anticipate people-related issues, and build scalable solutions. Act as a trusted advisor and coach on all people matters, from organizational design to talent planning. You will also lead and facilitate critical HR processes, including performance calibrations, and talent reviews. Partner with leaders to foster a culture of continuous feedback, accountability, and professional growth.
Independently investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing clear guidance and support to Revenue leaders and employees. Partner with VP+ on the design and execution of action plans based on engagement survey data. Act as a mentor for junior members of the People team, providing guidance and sharing expertise in complex business partnering, employee relations, and stakeholder management. Thrive autonomously in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. Use data and insights to develop dynamic solutions to novel problems, balancing the needs of the business with the well-being of our people.
