Job Description
Zapier is a fast-growing and remote company, projects will vary across the organization. Managing the Okta instance will be a main responsibility, including implementing SSO applications, managing onboarding and offboarding and creating automation workflows with Okta Workflows & Zapier to improve the admin and end-user experience. They will develop tools and processes to automate and optimize manual work, user account creation, and integrations with tools, working with APIs to power automations. Triaging and supporting IT issues, identifying and implementing improvements to the IT infrastructure, and working with SaaS tools will be key.
