About This Job:
- The Senior Project Manager, GTM Launch owns the launch management system for feature and product launches.
- This role acts as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Enablement, Marketing, Support, and customers.
- Success is measured by ensuring teams are ready, customers understand value, and adoption follows.
What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end project management for assigned launches, including scoping, timelines, and go/no-go criteria.
- Design and run internal and customer-facing change management, including readiness plans and communications.
- Proactively identify risks, define success metrics, and continuously improve the launch operating system.
