Job Summary:

  • Responsible for handling and resolving intricate inquiries from custodial and non-custodial parents, legal representatives, and state officials regarding child support services.
  • Ensure every interaction follows Federal Title IV-D regulations, State privacy laws, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct case research, execute financial assessments, and clarify legal enforcement actions.
  • Assist with paternity and case initiation, provide modification status updates, and process state form requests.
  • Document and escalate technical problems within the state’s system that hinder case processing.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with two years of customer service or call center experience.
  • Proficient in data entry, Microsoft Office, and call center software like Cisco Finesse.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly rate of $20.00 with a set schedule Monday-Friday 8am-6pm CT.
