Responsibilities:
- Supporting the internal systems including Laptops, Desktops and VOIP.
- Working with the internal infrastructure team.
- Troubleshooting issues on Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience/administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced PowerShell skills including scripting.
