Grants Research, Writing & Management:
- Conduct thorough prospect research to identify and prioritize new grant opportunities.
- Prepare, write, and submit high-quality letters of inquiry and full grant proposals.
- Manage the full grants lifecycle and maintain accurate records in the donor database/CRM.
Major Donor Research & Proposals:
- Perform in-depth prospect research on individual major donors using wealth screening tools.
- Draft personalized major gift proposals, concept papers, and stewardship reports tailored to individual donor interests.
- Support major and principal gift officers in preparing donor meetings with background research and proposal materials.
