New Customer Success Lead - Family Growth Associate

This is a full-time remote position with a required schedule of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time. It’s a fast-paced opportunity within a rapidly growing company that offers real potential for advancement. This role will work directly with real families facing real challenges, empowering underserved communities to take one of the most transformative steps of their lives: accessing quality care. What you’ll do: Own and drive family growth by making 50–60 calls per day to prospective families in designated market areas, build and manage the pipeline, and champion our families by providing support, encouragement, and guidance as they navigate the complexities of healthcare.
