About The Role:
- Provide legal support for NIQ’s media and commercial teams.
- Draft and negotiate contracts for media, data licensing, and market research solutions.
- Ensure timely, pragmatic legal guidance to accelerate deals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify privacy, security, and compliance issues during contract and product intake.
- Maintain and improve contract templates, fallback clauses, and playbooks.
- Support dispute prevention and resolution by interpreting contractual obligations.
Qualifications:
- J.D. (or equivalent) and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 5+ years of experience drafting and negotiating B2B commercial contracts in media, advertising, data/tech, or market research.
- Strong knowledge of IP, content usage, and data licensing principles required.
