Job Description

The Product Support Specialist / Billing Specialist will be an integral part of the Client Services team. This individual will be responsible for providing world-class Saas application and billing support in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include operating as a DoiT expert on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) billing inquiries, analyzing customer billing lines, and responding with a sense of urgency to customer support issues, including working with cloud vendors if issues arise. The role requires triaging, troubleshooting, and providing resolution for customer support requests, ensuring detailed documentation, and managing several open issues. It also involves communicating with clients via phone, email, or chat to resolve technical issues and informing account team members of any impacting issues. The position enhances existing product documentation and helps with the creation of new feature documentation based on technical specifications and collaboration with engineers.
