Clinical Recruiter, Mental Health (Contractor)

We are seeking an experienced Contract Clinical Recruiter with a proven track record in recruiting mental health and behavioral health professionals to join our Talent Acquisition team during a high-volume hiring period. This role is critical to maintaining our hiring velocity, service delivery, and compliance standards. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for licensed tele-health clinicians across multiple states/regions, You will partner closely with hiring managers, clinical leaders, and our TA team to ensure timely hiring of clinical roles while safeguarding candidate quality and candidate/stakeholder experience. Lead full-cycle recruiting for licensed mental health professionals, including Therapists, LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCs, etc. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality clinical talent in competitive markets Screen, interview, and assess candidate qualifications, licensure, and clinical competencies in line with state and regional requirements. Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS, ensuring data and reporting are up to date. Provide a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback at each stage.
