Job Description

Technical Support Agents field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. They handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries regarding warranty information, placing orders for parts, etc. Troubleshooting water heaters is a key responsibility. Agents provide excellent customer service through active listening and work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively. Agents aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive. Agents calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, escalating interactions when necessary and providing feedback on call issues. Ideal candidates posses a High School Diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, are 18 years of age or older, and have the ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
