Role Overview:

  • You will be the architect of the member experience, building and managing a best-in-class catalog of vendors and partners.
  • This role blends merchandising instinct, relationship-building skill, and operational rigor.
  • You own the full vendor lifecycle from sourcing and negotiating to onboarding and ongoing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and onboard new vendor and brand partners aligned with Forma's member demographics and benefit categories.
  • Negotiate commercial terms including pricing, exclusives, revenue share, and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Monitor vendor performance against KPIs and hold partners accountable to agreed standards.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 4+ years experience in merchandising, partnerships, or vendor management, ideally in marketplace, benefits, HR tech, or consumer platforms.
  • Strong commercial instincts with ability to negotiate and structure deals.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent relationship management skills.
