Job Description
The Business Development Manager will drive new business within the allied healthcare market, focusing on counselling, social work, and other allied health sectors. The primary goal is to increase Keypath's client base and strategically grow our business across Australia.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing growth strategies aligned with key business metrics, expanding the territory client base to achieve annual targets, and possessing in-depth knowledge of educational programs and student placement services. This role involves stakeholder management, collaborating with the in-house healthcare team, and conducting market research for business and partnership opportunities. Prepare business assets that highlight Keypathβs competitive advantage and value propositions for prospective clients (allied health clinics).
Execute contracts with new accounts. Interstate travel is required, with up to 70% of the role involving face-to-face meetings.
