Accountabilities:
- Achieve sales, profit, and market share targets with channel partners.
- Navigate difficult situations and conversations with customers independently.
- Identify opportunities to build the customer's business and grow account share.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Marketing, and/or Science.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in agronomy, farm, and/or retail within the crop protection or seed industry.
- Knowledge of general cropping practices, agricultural technology and trends and requirements for pest control.
