- Lead daily sales execution, converting growth goals into clear activity plans and improving lead response and follow-up processes.
- Engage directly in high-value customer interactions and monitor competitive dynamics and market trends to inform strategy.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, with 7–10+ years of B2B sales experience in relevant sectors.
- 5+ years leading a sales team with a proven track record of success and experience implementing structured sales processes.
- Strong understanding of inbound and outbound sales motions, excellent communication skills, and a data-driven mindset for interpreting KPIs.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $180,000-$200,000 plus a bonus structure and comprehensive Day 1 benefits including medical, dental, and vision.
