About the Role:
- Grow, support, and optimize the infrastructure behind our employee experience.
- Build scalable systems, automation, and data intelligence to support this next wave of Cresta’s growth.
- Bring both execution rigor and forward-thinking design.
What you'll do:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for HRIS architecture, integrations, workflows, and automation.
- Drive implementation of new People technology, including requirements gathering, vendor partnership, UAT, rollout, and adoption measurement.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and audit readiness across all People systems.
What we're looking for:
- Experience operating in high-growth environments.
- Hands-on expertise in HRIS platforms (HiBob, Workday, or similar), including configuration and integrations.
- Thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and takes ownership without waiting for direction.
