About The Job:
- This role is the bridge between program strategy and technical execution.
- You will partner closely with System and Program Owners to ensure that configurations and AI-driven insights directly meet our talent program objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-cycle retrospectives to ensure every talent cycle meets the defined program objectives.
- Establish and maintain robust technical documentation and translate complex technical constraints into clear business risks and opportunities for Talent and Recruiting leadership.
Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of experience as an HRIS Architect , Systems Consultant , or Technical Product Owner specializing in Talent systems.
- Knowledge of global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) as they relate to talent acquisition and performance data.
