What you’ll do:
- System Ownership & Administration: Manage and maintain our core HR systems.
- Data Integrity & Reporting: Own the accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of employee data.
- Automation & Workflow Optimization: Identify manual processes and proactively build scalable solutions using automation.
How to be successful:
- 2-3 years’ experience in People Ops or similar at a high growth environment
- Strong interest in HR systems, data, and operations, with prior experience working in HRIS or related systems
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of data integrity
