AI Conversation Designer

About the Role:

• Develop optimal prompts and context management strategies for LLM tasks, focusing on subagents.
• Review conversations and feedback to edit and author dynamic prompts and create agentic workflows.
• Document work and train others, becoming the company expert in this area.

What You'll Do:

• Design architecture for specialized subagents operating within live customer conversations.
• Build routing and delegation systems that determine when to answer directly, invoke a subagent, or escalate to a human.
• Define contracts between the primary conversational agent and its subagents, including inputs, outputs, and error handling.

What You'll Bring:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in AI agents, LLMs, or conversation design.
• Strong command of language and a record of diagnosing problems from transcripts.
• Mastery of LLM prompting with OpenAI and Anthropic models, plus light coding skills for prototyping.
