Role Overview:

- Act as central point of coordination between internal departments, vendors, and payers.
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee benefit investigations, prior authorizations, claims, and appeals processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in healthcare reimbursement or related field.
- 2+ years supervising patient access or case management teams.
- Strong knowledge of insurance workflows and Salesforce.
