Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and interpret Voice of Agent surveys, interviews, and focus groups to identify agent friction points.
- Lead cross-functional journey mapping sessions to document pain points and opportunities.
- Manage initiatives from ideation to implementation, tracking impact on agent consideration and production.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in economics, math, statistics, or similar; Master's or MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in customer experience design, agency operations, or experience management; P+C insurance strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
