Sr. Brand Partnerships Officer, Athletes

The Role:

• We are seeking a Sr. Brand Partnerships Officer, Athletes to build and maintain pro athlete relationships and sports industry partnerships.
• This role will develop and execute strategy to engage professional athletes as major donors and champions for our cause.
• The position is hybrid in Washington, DC area or remote for non-local candidates, reporting to the Director of Brand Partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a portfolio of 100+ pro athlete champions and prospects, raising $1M annually.
• Lead strategy for events and campaigns that leverage pro athlete platforms to reach millions with our mission.
• Represent IJM through public speaking and media interviews at the highest levels of global sport and culture.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of demonstrated success in fast-paced environments, with direct experience working with professional athletes.
• Proven track record in high-level marketing, sales, or major donor fundraising.
• Experience planning and executing events, conferences, or large-scale engagements.
