Manages the end-to-end coordination of celebrity and sports-related wishes, serving as the main point of contact between Make-A-Wish chapters and talent representatives.
Coordinates multiple aspects of wish experiences, including scheduling, talent communication, and contingency planning.
Maintains and updates Salesforce CRM records, tracking wish statuses and generating reports to support workload management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Event Planning, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with 3+ years in sports, entertainment, event production, or talent management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools strongly preferred.
