Job Description
We are looking for an experienced technical support engineer who is comfortable working in a complex and dynamic environment. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will help EMEA and global customers solve their technical issues with Dataiku through various communication channels. This includes issues related to installation, security, and integration with other big data technologies. You will communicate with our R&D team to solve complex issues and share feedback from our EMEA customers for product improvement. You'll also document knowledge, escalate issues, and help with other activities in a fast-paced startup environment.
