Territory Account Executive

Clipboard is transforming the talent marketplace by connecting workplaces with professionals they need, when they need them. As a Territory Account Executive, you’ll own and grow Clipboard’s presence in your local market as a field-based market owner: building relationships, signing new facility partners, and ensuring existing customers succeed on our platform. You’ll be the face of Clipboard in your territory, spending most of your week in the field meeting with Administrators, Staffing Coordinators, Regional Directors of Operations, and more at, primarily, long term care facilities. Your success in the role is measured by revenue growth within your market.

You will prospect, pitch, and close new healthcare facility partners through field sales and local business development and manage and grow relationships with existing customers to deepen engagement. Conduct in-person meetings, demos, and site visits across your territory. Partner with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
