Outbound Phone Sales Representative

Prospecting & Outreach:

• Identifying and connecting with new and existing customers and prospects via phone, email, chat, and other channels to introduce and sell our products and services.
• Building relationships with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat, and more).

Customer Engagement:

• Building relationships with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat, and more) to understand their needs and showcase how Mood products can help.
• Partnering with the Customer Success Contact Center Leadership team to develop and refine strategies for growing our sales pipeline based on customer insights.

Achieving Goals:

• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and the various key performance metrics that are measured in a contact center, sales, and outbound position
