Job Description

This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by managing client relationships. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of financial products or services, and a proven ability to close deals and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle: sourcing, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure, while building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients across the U.S. and South America. Responsibilities include managing the entire sales cycle, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, conducting virtual meetings, maintaining client records using CRM tools, and consistently meeting sales targets. Collaboration with internal stakeholders is also expected to ensure client satisfaction.
