Staff Product Manager - Email Marketing

Role Overview:

• Transform Email Marketing into an AI-first communication engine with intelligent campaign creation and automation.
• Drive user adoption, activation, engagement, and revenue through a metrics-driven product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build world-class email creation experiences including drag-and-drop editors and AI-native tools.
• Own campaign delivery, automation workflows, and audience management for global compliance.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, email marketing, or marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML integrations and a data-fluent mindset.

What Success Looks Like:

• Launch Email AI into GA with strong user adoption within 12 months.
• Establish North Star KPIs and ship quick-wins in the first 90 days.
