Job Description
This role is responsible for overseeing clients in our mid-market (100-500 lives) book of business and focuses on relationship management, understanding client needs, and day-to-day client management. The Senior Account Manager is the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders and brokers, with the goal of ensuring the overall success and retention of clients within this market segment.
Responsibilities include delivering an excellent client experience, executing key workflows, monitoring client health, tracking client success KPIs, escalating areas of concern, and mitigating risks through action plans. The Senior Account Manager will communicate regularly with key decision makers and broker partners to understand ongoing needs, collaborate with product, sales, and member services teams and develop client reports, meeting materials, and workshops as needed.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience managing and growing a high-performing B2B book of business in the healthcare and benefits industry. This person has experience supporting clients to increase engagement and maximize the value of a SaaS solution, passion for delivering an excellent client experience, strong communication skills, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
