Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and systems-minded Manager of Revenue Operations to own and scale the operating engine behind our revenue team. This role is critical in aligning sales, marketing, customer success, and finance around a unified go-to-market motion — enabling smarter decisions, tighter execution, and faster growth. You’ll oversee the tools, processes, reporting, and strategies that drive revenue efficiency and accountability. As a key leader within our Brand Growth org, you’ll partner cross-functionally to unlock insights, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure our GTM teams are set up to thrive. Role responsibilities include architecting scalable revenue infrastructure, owning the GTM tech stack, driving forecasting & reporting, leading planning & performance cadence, enforcing process & data discipline, elevating team enablement, and unlocking insights. Non-negotiables include 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, expertise in Salesforce CRM management, hands-on experience with multiple sales tools, strong analytical skills with SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets proficiency, deep experience owning forecasting, funnel reporting, and pipeline management, track record of building scalable RevOps systems, and high EQ and communications skills.
