Job Description
The Senior Global Compensation Analyst will play a critical part in ensuring compensation strategies are competitive, equitable, and aligned with Kinaxis’ global business objectives. This role involves analyzing and managing global compensation structures (base pay, incentives, bonuses) to ensure competitiveness and compliance across regions. Monitoring market trends, salary surveys, and benchmarks to inform compensation strategies and cost-of-living adjustments is crucial.
The analyst will develop and maintain compensation policies and guidelines that align with legal and organizational standards, partner with HR to evaluate and level jobs, and support the design of job architecture and career progressions. Conducting regular benchmarking and compensation plan reviews using internal and external data is also expected. Reviewing and updating compensation policies and procedures, and monitoring legislative changes impacting compensation are important aspects of the role.
