Partner with Account Executives to conduct technical discovery and articulate Cortex’s value to engineering leaders. Lead product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements tailored to customer needs. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them on best practices for implementing Cortex. Address technical objections and help remove barriers to adoption. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to provide feedback and influence roadmap decisions based on customer insights.
Assist in RFPs, security reviews, and compliance discussions. Support post-sale transitions by working closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding.
