Job Description
Our Client Success Team lead role will offer you the opportunity to lead and develop a team of talented and passionate Client Success managers of our German/Austrian brokerage business. Your main responsibility will be building, leading, and strategically developing the Client Success team for the German and Austrian brokerage markets. You will set clear goals with a strong focus on client satisfaction and long-term retention, as well as analyze and track relevant KPIs and client feedback using a data-driven approach to develop targeted measures for improving performance and efficiency. Continuously monitor progress and support team growth by leveraging regular reporting and deriving actionable next steps. You will also work closely with Operations and Product teams to optimize processes, prepare the team for new products and features, and ensure outstanding service quality. You should apply in-depth expertise in brokerage, financial markets, and the Scalable App to efficiently manage resources and address client needs effectively and foster a team culture defined by ownership, ambition, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
