Key Accountabilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for payroll customers, ensuring accurate requirement transition and system configuration.
- Manage end-to-end implementations, including data collection, parallel payroll runs, tax reconciliation, and go-live handover.
- Provide customer support, training, and contribute to process improvements and platform testing.
Requirements:
- Several years of global payroll implementation experience with statutory knowledge and technical setup.
- Strong data management, project management, and customer-facing skills.
- Fluent English, proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, and ability to work asynchronously in a distributed team.
