Job Description

Strategic & Tactical:

  • Identify, manage, and grow relationships with major residential accounts like builders, developers and software platforms.
  • Develop tailored solutions that meet the unique requirements of each account and ensure repeatable sales motions.
  • Conduct regular account reviews, identifying growth areas within existing opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with a focus on long-term partnership and mutual profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Attend trade events, builder meetings, and networking functions to strengthen brand visibility and relationships.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of strategic account management experience in the HVAC Segment.
  • Demonstrable entrepreneurial mindset and flexible approach to problem solving.
  • Extensive network across the HVAC ecosystem.
