Job Description
Strategic & Tactical:
- Identify, manage, and grow relationships with major residential accounts like builders, developers and software platforms.
- Develop tailored solutions that meet the unique requirements of each account and ensure repeatable sales motions.
- Conduct regular account reviews, identifying growth areas within existing opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with a focus on long-term partnership and mutual profitability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Attend trade events, builder meetings, and networking functions to strengthen brand visibility and relationships.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of strategic account management experience in the HVAC Segment.
- Demonstrable entrepreneurial mindset and flexible approach to problem solving.
- Extensive network across the HVAC ecosystem.
